Flea Market Obsession.

Sweater - Sarojini ; Denim- Forever21 ; Bag- Connaught Place ; Shoes- Nainital ; Lipcolour- Maybelline

My effort to be active on the blog results in some unplanned post but a good one though. I’m saying this because today’s post wasn’t really supposed to make it to the blog. At first I thought that I would share the pictures on Instagram but I changed my mind later on as the shoot went really nice and also I was in a mood to blog today.

Last year when I started my blog I came up with my first post on flea market haul. Flea markets are very conventional not only because it’s cheap when you want to go a little easy with your pocket but also you get a variety of options to select from. You can constantly play with colours, prints and style almost daily. College going girls really find flea marketing a savior when it comes to casual clothing.
I still remember when my friends visited Delhi, two of my friends ended up in a bagful of clothes from Sarojini Market. Well who doesn’t love Sarojini Nagar?  But I like to explore every flea market around the corner. I keep on collecting a huge sack of casual clothes for one time use or may be twice. Even casual clothing can warm up your look when the never ending dilemma of “having nothing to wear” gets in the way. You just need to be confident and feel comfort with the art of styling.

Today’s post features some of the street collectibles that I have owned in the recent times. I kept the look very simple and played with dull as well as bright colours. So when laziness crawls up you can opt for this look or you can create your own look. I got these shoes from Nainital last year. The shop was in the middle of the local market and dealt with handcrafted goods. These burnt leather shoes stole my attention. There were also a variety of leather kolhapuris, ankle length boots, slip-ons. Though I got a couple of other things but these shoes are my best bargain. The oatmeal coloured sweater is from Sarojini and carried the blue tiger print bag to highlight the look. I’ve shared the pictures of this look below. Have a look!
Xoxo!
