Travel Lookbook: A Day in Jaipur.

Hey guys!

Hope you all are doing fine. Well to start with, I missed blogging! I know I was very much inactive for a long period of time but couldn’t help it (busy and hectic days). So now I’m back with a blog post. This one is a random one though but a nice post to connect with you guys and blogging after a period all over again. I recently visited the Pink City. It was a two day road trip although the first day was just the travelling day. I’m sharing a small page from my day in Jaipur.

Speaking of Jaipur, this city is an experience. Being the capital city, it is studded with so many must see but it can be difficult seeing it all in one go. Especially when you have one day in hand.
And visiting Amer/Amber Fort was worth it. The Amer Fort transported me back to the 16th century. The palace gave me an insight into the enchanting and dramatic royal stories. I began to comprehend that how the majestic lives and the beauty of that place are synced together. The aerial views of the walled city from Amer were just mesmerising. Exploring the fort without any guide helped me to delve into the history. I also experienced the full spectrum of savory senses.  I was indeed in a land drenched in history, the land which gave birth to the musicians, gems, spices, colours and warriors the country has ever known.

For the outfit of the day, I wore a dhoti pant with a Cami and a shirt with traditional chappals as comfort is what I aim for. I accessorised with silver street junkies: opting a kamarbandh as the neck piece and ankle jewellery. For a little pop of colour, I went for a blue headband.

Hope you loved this post.

Until next, xoxo.
